- Nnenna Iwuagwu is a Nigerian real estate professional and business leader from Imo State, with over 13 years of experience spanning real estate development, sales, operations, and client relationship management. With a strong and diverse educational foundation, she holds an MBA with double specialization in International Business and Sustainability from Nexford University, a Master’s degree in Project Management from Rome Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from Bells University of Technology. She is also an alumna of the Corona Schools’ Trust Council, having attended from day nursery through secondary school. This multidisciplinary academic background underpins her strategic thinking, global outlook, and structured leadership approach. Her professional journey reflects extensive hands-on experience across multiple facets of the property sector, including residential development, investment advisory, facility and property management, and large-scale project coordination within Lagos, Nigeria. Through these roles, she has developed a deep understanding of market dynamics, client behavior, and the operational excellence required to deliver high-value real estate projects.
